The organizers offer a number of additional advertising services that can provide simpler promotion at the exhibition, such as sponsorship packages for GastroPan Competitions, which offer various opportunities to contact specialists and attract more visitors:

Outdoor exhibition space: Situated right in front of the main entrances of the exhibition halls, outdoor exhibition spaces are ideal for exhibiting food-truck or commercial vehicles of companies offering professional products and services for the bakery, confectionery and HoReCa industries.

Business Point: Placed in a specially-designed space, the Business Point is a space for discussions and ensures the company's permanent presence at the GastroPan exhibition without being an exhibitor. Equipped with a table and two chairs for discussion, the Business Point also allows setting up a roll-up for better representation. The access to these areas will be properly marked by the organizers.

Promotional advertising packages in Brutarul-Cofetarul / Gastromedia technical journals and in the official catalogue of GastroPan Exhibition.

Roll-up banners help exhibitors’ visibility or promote companies who are not currently exhibitors of GastroPan. Setting up a roll-up is an excellent way of communication that can be used even if the company's representatives are not present at the show. Roll-ups will be exposed during GastroPan. 

Official catalogue of the exhibition: The GastroPan Official Catalogue is distributed to visitors of GastroPan trade fair. The catalog represents an opportunity to communicate directly with specialists from Romania and abroad.

Sponsoring GastroPan Competitions: The Sponsorship Packages of GastroPan Competitions ensure excellent promotion among competitors, among the jury made up of professionals as well as the exhibitors and visitors expected to come to GastroPan exhibition.

The GastroPan exhibition can be visited freely by those who work in the fields of bakery, confectionery, HoReCa, milling, chocolate, ice cream, pizza, pasta, food and other related fields of activity.

Visitors can enter with invitations (included in Brutarul-Cofetarul and Gastromedia technical journals, or received from the exhibiting companies or from the organizers) or with an access ticket. The access ticket can be requested online HERE. Access ticket can also be filled in at the main entrances.

Information about the access of student groups

In order to visit the exhibition, it is necessary to send the organizers a list of the students / teachers who are coming to GastroPan at info@gastropan.ro.

The organizers can approve the list according to the rate of occupancy of the exhibition and will answer by e-mail. For security reasons, students can enter divided into groups of 5-10 people, depending on the number of visitors already present in the exhibition halls.

The map of the exhibition halls will be displayed at the main entrances, at info points and at the organizers' stand.

Bakers, pastry chefs, confectioners and chefs can participate at the GastroPan Competitions by sending an e-mail to concurs@gastropan.ro. Competitors will pay an entry fee of 200 RON/ product, and the team's participation fee at the Cold Dishes category is 400 RON / team. The GastroPan 2022 exhibition will be held on 3-5 April 2022.

Opening hours: Sunday – Tuesday, 10⁰⁰ - 18⁰⁰.

The location where the GastroPan 2022 exhibition will take place has a parking lot. A separate car park will be set up for exhibitors and visitors. Parking spaces for exhibitors and visitors will be properly signposted. Parking is for free.

The list of participating companies will be displayed at the main entrances. You can also ask the staff at the organizers' stand, info points and main entrances about finding certain companies and products.

As organizers, we are ready to adopt all the recommendations of the authorities and all the necessary safety measures to ensure the safety of all GastroPan participants. Social distancing measures, placing disinfection points, monitoring, restricting and filtering visitor access are measures that can be implemented when the authorities establish the rules for organizing trade fairs and exhibitions that will be applied at the time of the exhibition.

Recommendations:

• cover your nose and mouth with a mask (this measure is mandatory throughout the entire exhibition, both inside and outside the pavilions)
• keep a minimum distance of 1.5m from the other participants you interact with
• avoid physical contact with others (for example handshake)
