The GASTRONOMY course is dedicated to qualified chefs representing hotels, pensions, catering companies and restaurants in Romania.

 Competitors can participate individually or in teams of up to 4 chefs with a team leader.

G1 Category : Cold dishes

Judging criteria:

  • the general appearance of the plate which must be as appetizing, elegant, aesthetic as possible
  • the combination of elements
  • color
  • originality
  • compliance with the theme and the regulation correct professional training, etc.
